These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Credit Stamina mobile application and related services provided by Credit Stamina ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Important: Credit Stamina is NOT a law firm, attorney, or credit counseling agency. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or credit counseling services. The information and tools provided by Credit Stamina, including AI-generated dispute letters and recommendations, are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
You should consult with a licensed attorney or accredited credit counselor for legal or financial guidance specific to your situation. Credit Stamina's AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be reviewed carefully before use.
As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.), we provide the following disclosures:
Credit Stamina uses artificial intelligence (Claude AI by Anthropic) to analyze credit reports, generate dispute letters, and provide recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. Always review AI-generated dispute letters carefully before sending them. Credit Stamina is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.
Subscription Plans:
Letter Mailing: Sending dispute letters via USPS costs $2.99 per letter. This fee is charged separately from your subscription. If a letter cannot be mailed due to a technical error, the $2.99 charge will be automatically refunded.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of technical error on our part. Letter mailing fees are refunded automatically if mailing fails.

Credit Stamina provides electronic signature functionality for dispute letters in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). By using our electronic signature feature, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
The primary account holder may invite household members to use Credit Stamina. Invited members use the primary account holder's subscription. If the primary subscription is cancelled or lapses, invited members will lose access to paid features. Invited members are responsible for the accuracy of their own credit dispute submissions.
Credit Stamina and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Credit Stamina and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you upload and generate through our services. By using Credit Stamina, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Stamina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Credit Stamina in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Credit Stamina is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or improvement to your credit score.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Stamina, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Your use of Credit Stamina is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at creditstamina.com/privacy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Credit Stamina after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Credit Stamina shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
